indesit di 620 dish washer?

I've just had one installed - i called the helpline, this is a water draining problem - is there also standing water on the floor of the washer? My problem was solved by unscrewing the spigot and draining hose off the main under sink, pulling the spigot out of the hole and the problem was the fitters hadn't cut the blank end off the spigot. reconnected it and problem sorted.
