Washing Machine?

Why does my softener section fill up with water after every wash? (In the drawer).

the tube at the back of the draw that takes the softener to the drum , is blocked with softener that has gone hard, boil a kettel of water and Slowly pour it into the draw,it should melt the hard softener, and free it up. just be carefull with the boiling water..
