how can i fix my mondeo radio?

i have correct radio code but although code & flashing dashes are displayed the buttons will not work

Thanks for advice . unfortunately still not working.Could it be a fuse even though display is showing CODE

if its the one with the four numbers that clip out clean the brass contacts on the back and make sure its in place right
