replacing heating element bosch maxx 5?

Hi
I have a bosch Maxx 5 2007 and the heating element needs replacing. I watched a U tube video looked easy saying rermove four screws and front panel will come off. Here is the problem the front panel had no screws. How do I remove it without dmaging it to get to the element or do I use another method.
