Mend Bobbin Work Thread

Bobbin rewinder does not work. ?

how to fix bobbin assembly to not jamb the thread and also to rewind the bobbin thread.
sometimes it will start rewinding but underneath the bobbin.

you did not say model ,if you can hold cotton lightly and guide it up and down on bobbin.only way to fix it properly is by adjusting bobbin winder up or down if it is a outside winder working against hand wheel.also ensure cotton is thread correctly thru small tension unit normally on top of machine,figure 8,to guide cotton.
