Mend Dewalt D26500 Problems Blowing Fuse

How do i repair a Dewalt D26500 planer with Sparking problems?

I have changed the brushes on the above planer because it was sparking and blowing the fuse. But it is still doing the same thing. Will the armature need to be changed or is there a repair that i can carry out?
