Mend Ravenheat CSI 120 Csi Water

Ravenheat CSI 120 can't control water temperature?

I noticed this morning that the radiators and DHW seemed VERY hot. When I went to adjust the temperatures using the control knobs on the front of the boiler I found that the temperatures shown on the LED display did not change and were stuck at 58 degrees and 72 degrees.

Has anyone encountered this problem before? Is it a major fault or possibly a bad connection? I would appreciate any advice on how to remedy this. Thanks.
