when the radio is on it plays but bleeps?

It is the original radio. I put a new one in when I bought the car and this is the original I am putting back to sell the car.

The radio is NOT the original radio --- first installed--- for your car. You need to get it programmed by a dealer or someone who repairs car stereos.
You are driving a Peugeot or Citroen and only the original radio will work properly in the car.
