How do I thread my old Gimbels sewing machine?

from the spool thru the thread guide down to tension unit around tension catching take up spring and pull further to right until it go past the triagular cut in tension unit back left under L shape thread guide up towrds take up lever down thru thread guide and into needle.thread not catching normally mean hook timing out but also wrong threading specially thru tension take up spring and take up lever.hook point should be close to needle eye when needle is going upwards but go into that after threading sorted
