renewing kingpins ?

if you have a newish daf the king pins are shimmed underneath the thurst bearing, there is no set exact size shim you can use, you its a case off fit the stud axle and king pin then shim up the bearing from there, daf do supply different thickness shims.

look at a manual..can't see anyone knowing the figure off the top of their head ..is it lf / pre lf .what's the weight of the front axle ?? there are different axles
