hi,

E03 is listed as a draining failure.
Either the machine is taking too long to drain or it doesn't know it's drained.
The former would be a restriction preventing the appliance draining quickly enough.
The latter would suggest a restriction in the pressure system or a faulty pressure switch.
 
E16 is a heating issue,

basically the water isn't being heated by the machine,you will have to test the heating element.

Test the element for a open circuit using a multimeter on either the ohms or continuity setting.
