Mend Ford Focus Ghia Central System Door

How can I fix my Ford Focus Ghia central locking system? ?

When driving for a while the door locks operate on there own. After parking I can open the passenger door but I can't open the drivers door. I usually have to open the drivers door window from the inside by reaching through the window opening with the key to insert it in the lock on the outside of the car.
