Mend Sky Caddie SGX Wont Up Satellite

My Sky Caddie SGX won't pick up a satellite ?

My Skycaddie SGX won't pick up a satellite signal. I have reset the GPS as instructed on the screen but still no yardage is given. It will display the golf hole configuration but not the yardages??

everybody that has one, is having the same issue this year.........it is a problem with skycaddie and not your unit.
