How do you change the belt on a Russell Hobbs Hepa vacuum cleaner?

My the agitator brush on my russell hobbs hepa cyclonic vacuum cleaner no longer rotates, I presume it is due to the belt breaking and have bought a new belt, however I am unable to work out how ot replace it.
