Mend Bosch Exxcell Machine Running

Rinse Plus indicator light has blown on Bosch washing machine?

The rinse plus indicator light on Bosch Exxcell has blown and the washing machine will not switch on. I was running a normal wasing program and not even using the rinse plus program.

Do I need to get a new control panel and or a new washing machine or has a fuse blown.
