Mend Aqualisa Quartz Digital Shower Temperature

aqualisa quartz digital - cold ?

I have a aqualisa quartz digital - the problem is when I switch it on the led flashed but the water never heats up. The first symptom was that I had to increase the temperature to maximum to get a warm shower. This only lasted a couple of days until it went. I have disconnected the unit and checked that hot water is present from the supply. Any ideas please?
