how do i download music from the internet to the walkman?

i just bought it from the pawn shop and all i had was the device and the usb cable? wut to do

Cut one end off of a Q-tip. Open door and look inside. Motor turntable is in the center and optic is on the right. The optic should be close to the motor. Carefully move the optic with the cut end of the Q-tip toward and away from the motor. It should move without to much pressure. It could be jammed from the drop. If it moves too freely, The clip on the spindle motor could be out of place or bent. If it was jammed, getting it close to the motor should get it working again.

well if the laser won't focus you can actually slide it up and down and eventually after trying many positions mine got a reading on the cd, but didn't play anything

Hey I got the same problem as you and I though maybe if I dropped it again it would work again so I tried it and it worked again so I thought it might work for your cd player.

NOTE: i dropped it from about 2 feet as not to destroy it

hey neil , i got exact prob like u coz i droped the player and all i can hear is spinning sound if put it near to my ear.

but can't stop or pause it.

are these players all designed to be droped or what , help me
