How can I stop Samsung TV Flickering/Strobing?

Recently my Samsung LE40C530F1W began to flicker/strobe at random times for a few minutes. It happens on all input whether I'm watching Tv, watching Netflix or a DVD. It is getting progressively worse. The video on the samsung website. Said to turn Off the ECO settings and the Energy Savings Settings.......that was as useful as a chocolate fireguard, they were already off. Even with all external devices it continues, can anyone help?? Please
