Mend Water Replace Toilet

how do I stop my shower dripping from the head?

I'm guessing it's the washer, how do I replace it? there's like a bung kind of thing on top of the unit itself' if I undo this does it mean I don't have to turn the water off to replace the washer? I don't think it's an electric unit
