Mend Haden 10608 Water Remains Faulty

haden 10608 coffee maker?

why doe's only some water come out and not all most remains in filter is thermostat faulty, water is not boiling
brand new.

Brand new,.. Take it back.
Water should not boil, ideal temp for coffee is below boiling, But has to to a certain extent to get to filter, Which has a valve on the bottom, which will release contents when jug is in place, with the lid on the jug.
