Mend Vaillant Turbomax Boiler Good Hot Tap

How can I fix my Vaillant Turbomax Combination Boiler?

My Vaillant Turbomax Combination Boiler provides a good hot water supply to the radiators but the tap water is only tepid - how can this be fixed?
