Mend Hotpoint RFA63 Refrigerator Temperature Repair

high temp. in my hotpoint RFA63?

my fridge-freezer was running ok until now and in freezer compartment the temp is too high so the fast freezing button is constantly pressed on so do i need to replace a thermostat? if yes, how to do it?
