Mend Proline PCA179SS Freezer Model Cool

How can I fix my PROLINE fridge freezer model PCA179SS?

I have a 2 year old PROLINE fridge freezer Model PCA179SS. It makes a clicking noise every 5 minutes or so, but does not cool at all in the fridge or freezer. I've replaced the thermostat with a universal one because the old one had ruptured but still no joy. Can anybody give me some advice as to what parts I might need?

Same thing happened to me in May as well. I had mine since March 2005.
What a load of rubbish.
Bought a nice Samsung now but not happy about the extra cost.
Comet didn't want to help me out at all with buying a new one so I told them I'd go elsewhere....and I did.

Mines gone as well, exactly the same age.
Wonder if there is a history of failure for this freezer and whether we can get compensation.
