I'm lost as where to start. My FP washing machine GW711 will fill up with water, then do nothing till it's ready to empty , so it drains but won't spin either. Then error beeping goes continuously. I tried to manually set it to spin, but it will try to drain, the spinner doesn't work, this is after turning off power and resetting a couple of times.
Your lost as to where to start. Well I will tell you. Start by picking up the phone and calling a repair man because you do not have a clue. You don't know how to read and report error code that the machine is telling you when it beeps. That info would tell you what is wrong. You also think it should spin when you press start but you are confused when instead it drains. Well, the machine has to drain before it can spin. It will not spin while still full or half full of water.
