Sounds like the drive belt has gone that turns the drum or the motor has packed up. Unless you know what you're doing call an engineer in as washing machines can be awkward to repair. If you're going to try, make sure you unplug it first. Don't just turn it off....unplug it!!! Often the top of the machine will lift off then you can see inside. There may be screws at the back holding the top in place. If the belt has gone, then you can buy a new one online. The motor will need to be slackened off to fit then retightened. Don't tighten the belt too much as it may break. After a month or so, you'll need to retighten it as it may have stretched a little. If there's no movement on the pulley at the back of the motor if you can see in when the drum should be turning, then best call an engineer. DON'T play with the machine when it's plugged in!!!! If you're not happy, get a man in!!!!!
