Mend Diatech SR50 Problem Scooter 50

injection problem?

My sr50 diatech scooter runs smoothly for about 50 miles then starts spluttring, then wont rev over 4000, i take spark plug out and its very oily, put new plug in and starts and goes great, its happenened 3 times, plug oiled up every time, any advice please? thanx
