how can i fix my nissan micra 2004 electric problem?

my nissan micra 2004 has a problem.most of the time when i turn on my ignition the radiotor fan and headlights switches on.then the wipers,brihgts does not work.its not running hot,couse it still happens in the morning and the car has not been driven for hours
