Mend KA Start Going Attempt

Why has mileage gone back to 0?

I have a Frod KA. Earlier, it wouldn't start. I managed to get it going on the 4th attempt. However, the digital mileage screen shows the word 'trip' and it went back to 0 km. Does anyone know what has caused this to happen?
