Mend Renault Scenic Window Drivers

How do I repair a dropped window on a 53 plate renault scenic?

The drivers side front window and the passenger side rear window have both dropped on my 53 plate renault scenic,do I need to replace both motors as I replaced the passenger front motor 12 months ago.
