Hi i have this come up on my sharp xe-a213 INH.UNIT PR when i press a product can anybody help with clearing it thankyou

Sharp Sharp XE-A213 Office Appliances, Cash Registers Press Product Help

It has been programmed to only allow price at time of sale, not a preset price. During programming of that item, change the PLU type to the opposite type to allow presets.
