Mend Plumbing Pressure Water

low pressure?

when we turn the shower on the light switches to low pressure and no water comes out
the water pressure is fine but any ideas as to what may be wrong and how i can fix it any help would be greatly appreciated

Did not know lights could switch to low pressure, glad no water is coming out of them, would be a lot of mopping up to do, water out of every light fitting, dread to think.
