Mend Creda T622CW Dryer Turn Burning

Can my dryer be fixed?

My Creda T622CW has stopped spinning. If I turn it on , I can hear the motor and there is a burning smell. Is this something worth fixing? I have had it 8 years and it has been heavily used.

difficult to answer without looking at it but unless you have the ability to do the repair expect £50-£100 repair bill!!. Probably time to buy a new one???
