my central locking wont work even with key on my renault scenic w reg?

my central locking has stopped working with the key press and also with the key in driver door. i have to open the passenger door which then opens the rest and have to lock with the lock button to lock doors then lock driver door manually, can this be fixed or will i have to take to the garage. renault scenic w reg 1.6
