i have just installed a Le Torre bath mixer and hand held shower?

i have just installed a le torre bath mixer and hand held shower. these are mounted on a chrome plate and fixed to the wall, the chrome plate is not firm on the wall. the same with shower on in the shower cublcle, the chrome plate is not firm on the wall. how can it be fixed?
