How can I fix my LG Tromm?

Locate the "Door Lock" indicator light on the LCD display to verify that the door is locked.

Press the "Start/Pause" button on the front of the control panel to pause the current cycle. If the door is able to be opened, it will be unlocked and the washer can be opened.

Activate the "Drain & Spin" cycle to drain the washer if it is full of water. To activate the cycle, press the "Power" button to turn off the washer. Press it again to turn the washer back on. Press the "Spin Speed" button, then press the "Start/Pause" button. The washer will now drain and the door will unlock once the cavity is empty.
If this doesn't help,try removing the plug for a few secs, then try door.If door still locked remove lid,remove pressure pipe and blow down it.You maybe able to hear the interlock click.If door still doesn't open pull plug,drag machine out and lean it over to the left.Get somone to lean it over as far as they can,but don't lay it on its side.from the bottom get your arm up inside to locate the interlock.You may be able to release the gate on the interlock.

If the water is out, unplug it, tilt it back, you may be lucky and be able to get to door latch from underneath. If not top will have to come off, usual 2-3 screws on back edge, then might slide back and off, then get to door catch
