how can i fix my defy front loader automaid washing machine?

had the same problem a week ago and it was the pipe between the drum and dispensor,for that you have to remove the lid to gain access to this pipe.hope for your sake it is only a clogged dispenser like paul said,

Remove the dispenser drawer by pulling it forward.Press the marked area on the siphon and pull the drawer out.Carefully remove the siphon, and wash siphon using warm water.Wash the dispenser drawer using hot water to remove all residuel soap.Fill the dispenser drawer with water and see if its leaking due to damage.Both drawer and siphon should be cleaned regularly.Remove all traces of soap from the inside roof of the drawer opening,.check that all the water entrance holes are clear and not blocked.
