The impeller in the pump should turn freely, that's the round fan shaped disc inside the pump.if its free and turns without jamming, then it is most likely the pump has failed electrically. The pump has to run constantly on the drying cycle,so it gets a lot of stick.you should be able to hear the pump running on start up,during the rinse program,on the spin cycle, and constantly on the drying cycle.Theres always that chance that the pcb has failed electronically, but the machine is showing classic signs of pump failure. If you didn't find a blockage in the pump then we must assume the pump is faulty.
