Mend LG WD8013F Washing Machine Start Clicks

LG WD8013F Washing machine. push start button, relay clicks then switches ?

I have tried jiggling all the wiring harnesses and making sure things are plugged in and I also tried replacing the main control board which didn't help. When putting the machine into diagnostic mode, all the lights switch on except for a couple on the main dial and then the lights go out, again with a relay click.
