ignis dishwasher 347, 4 flashes?

hi my dishwasher seams to wash ok but then gets to a point around mid cycle where it starts beeping and gives 4 short flashes. i can switch off at the wall and it seems to clear itself, but then just does the same again, i have had out the filters and cleaned, does anyone have any other ideas,
