Can it be fixed ?

Goodmans TV model should be LD1955D

All channels lost, messages on screen says Database Empty and Carrier not found, won't auto scan.

is it a digital tv?
if its an OLDER analogue only receiver TV most of the transmitters have been turned off and you have to use a digi box to receive pictures.just a thought!!
