Citroen C5 2lt HDi. How to fit a water pump?

On a Citroen C5 2lt HDi do you have to take the inner wing off on the drivers side to fit a new water pump and timing belt, or is it possible to do the job without the removal of the inner wing? How long does it take to do the job?

The book time for the cambelt is 3.5hrs and the waterpump is 4.4hrs as the waterpump is driven by the cambelt your looking at 4.4hrs, the splash shield under the right wheel arch does have to be removed.
