Mend Washing Machine Cycle Spinning

remove sock from between outer cylinder and drum ?

macine works as far as spinning but 10 mins into any cycle it stops...top green and middle lights flash and thats as far as it goes......may sound silly is there any way to reset the programmer like a reboot or that ?
