Mend Sonik YH50QT-E Throttle Fuel Problem Power Loss

losing power?

i have a sonik yh50qt-e , and when the throttle is wide open it seems to die down, and when its idleing it just seems to cut off , not sure if its a fuel problem .

any ideas?
