Diplomat ADP 8322?

My diplomat ADP 8322, started stopping mid cycle and swapping to the rinse program, i have reset the unit and this fault no longer happens, however we now have not hot water on the unit?

It is connected to a hot water supply so why would the water be stone cold?

is this likely to be a heating element or a blocked hot water supply?
