Mend Ferroli 77FF Combi Leaking

Ferroli Auto Air Vent Leaking?

Hi
I have a Ferroli 77FF combi boiler. The auto air vent is leaking and needs replacing. The problem is it is i cant unscrew it with my pipe grips or stilsons, its stuck solid and i am concerned i may damage the copper expansion tank that the brass vent screws in to. What is the best and easiest way to remove it without damaging the boiler?
