Boiler wont light?

Hi - I have a Bosch BF240 boiler and the pillot will not light, I cannot get the electrode to spark and it has been replaced along with the HT lead and the spark unit is ok and sparking.... There is an electrical sounding clicking noise from the gas valve ?
