daf 45 brakes sticking on rear?

You seem to have covered everything ..If fault occurred only after the work was done ,are the brakes assembled and adjusted correctly .It is a leading trailing set up,so both shoes are different ...Is the handbrake mechanisim in the drum free to move ...also are the cables ok as they generally only last a year ,is the cable compensator free ???..As the handbrake is operated via a spring brake ,is the quick release valve attached to the spring brake ok ??And are you getting air to the chamber???
