How do I keep my McCulloch Whipper Snipper running?

Hi. I have the same problem, my model is the M T250 CLS whipper snipper. The carby has two adjustment knobs that require a special adjusting tool that is unavailable to the general public. I took mine to an authorised McCulloch agent who fixed it in about two minutes, there was no charge as it is still under warranty. I asked to buy the tool and was advised that the engine will not require any further adjustment?? Any ideas anyone on how to tune this carby??
