almera 1.5e petrol hatch 02 corrosion under radiator?

I have noticed severe corrosion on transverse support plate under radiator.Does this plate which has the front engine bracket connected have a replacement part. Is it essential to replace or can I continue driving?Vehicle in good condition but 9 years old.
