Mend Samsung RL41WGPS Refrigerator Water Replace

need to replace the plastic arm for drinks dispenser in Samsung RL41WGPS?

The plastic arm that (sits in the water dispenser cavity) you push when you want chilled water has snapped.

I have new one but can not see how to remove the fascia of that surrounds the dispenser cavity - I assume that's how you remove and install the plastic arm

Can any one help
